The spring school will be hosted at Schloss St. Martin in Graz, Austria. The castle St. Martin was first mentioned in the 11th century. In 1638 it was built in the late Renaissance–style. Since 1919 it is an educational center.

The castle is located in a very lovely countryside and surrounded with various gardens. Outside there are many places to enjoy the beautiful landscape. Guests like the bonfire-place with the best view over Graz. For the sporty people, there are many walking and jogging courses through the forest.

The kitchen of St. Martin offers typical Austrian food. Each day you can choose between vegetarian food and an alternative with meat. If you need any nutritional regimen please let us know.

How to reach

If you come by plane, the simplest way to get to the venue is to take a taxi from Graz Airport to Schloss St. Martin. The fare is ~20€.

Alternatively, you can take the train S5 (towards Graz) from Flughafen Graz-Feldkirchen to Puntigam. In Puntigam, change to bus 62 (towards Carnerigasse). For Hotel Paradies exit at Zweierbosniakengasse. For Schloss St. Martin, exit at Ankerstraße, from where it takes approx. 15min to the castle by foot. See more details on the footway here. A one-hour ticket costs €2,20 and covers both, trains and buses within Graz (zone 101).

If you come by car, you can directly park at the castle.
